Our Rebellious Spirit is distilled on the banks of Spring Creek, Beechworth, downstream from where Dr. John Owens led miners to draft the Ovens Petition in 1853. Calling for fairness, accountability, equity and integrity in government, it predated the Eureka Rebellion and is believed to be Australia’s first call for voting rights. Craft from the finest Australian molasses and raw sugar, our Spiced Cane Spirit is double distilled and infused with a balanced blend of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Smooth yet complex, it captures the essence of Beechworth’s rebellious spirit.

Once your order has been submitted, we’re unable to make adjustments to products or delivery details. If you’ve entered the wrong address, you may be able to redirect your parcel through the AusPost app.
Should your order arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll happily refund or replace it. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

We currently deliver to Australian street addresses only and are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
